No GiveBack Yoga on December 28th

GiveBack Yoga is a nationwide program that provides Veterans with free yoga lessons. Yoga is helpful for veterans with PTSD (VA National Center for PTSD); research also finds yoga participants had greater muscle strength and endurance, flexibility and cardiorespiratory fitness (Harvard Medical School).
We are fortunate to have Jeff Masters as our GiveBack Yoga instructor. Jeff is a former Army sergeant, trainer of yoga instructors and gives yoga classes all over the United States in addition to teaching at our own Sedona Yoga Festival. He also owns and operates The Masters Institute in West Sedona.
GiveBack Yoga will be held on every Wednesday at 10:00 AM. Please wear loose, comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat or beach towel with you. Non- veterans may also participate with a $5 donation.
